I worked with Juliano over a two year time span with several critical projects for Dell Computers. Largely to his efforts and guidance over the Brazil contingent of our project team, we completed all our projects on time and within budget. Juliano has a firm understanding of project processes and the personality and leadership ability needed to successfully complete projects. He is a self starter with great organizational skills. Of all the people I have worked with in projects over my fourteen years at Dell and twenty-eight years of project management, Juliano would be at the top of the list of those I would want on my projects in the future.

Trabalhei diretamente com o Juliano em uma iniciativa para treinamento e certificação de PMP na Dell. Na ocasião Juliano liderou todo o processo, demonstrando profundos conhecimentos em gerenciamento de projetos além de exercer uma liderança muito positiva no grupo. Como tem um profundo conhecimento de Gerenciamento de Projetos. Como resultado do processo mais de 20 PMs obtiveram a certificação PMP. Com base nessa experiência espero ter a oportunidade de trabalhar novamente com o Juliano, pois ele demonstrou ser um profissional extremamente comprometido, ético e com excelente background técnico.

Juliano gets involved on many activities to spread project management knowledge: at Dell, at the University and at the local PMI chapter. I´ve been working more close to Juliano since last year. He has not just very good PM skills but also a excellent IT experience.
